C/Maj Buslinger assumed command of the cadets of the Burlington Composite Squadron at a ceremony during the Burlington Open House held on Sept. 29, 2009. The change of command ceremony took place at 19:00 hours and family, fellow squadron members and open house attendees witnessed the change. The outgoing Cadet Commander, C/Maj Baughman, has been in command for about a year.
