Here is a link to the online test form for the CAP Senior Officer Course course 00013. This course is required for completion of level 2. (for additional info on requirements for level 2 and other levels contact 1Lt Mike McCoury and look at cap form 45B) This application come with instructions listed below it. A couple of important things you will need for this course include

• Course # - 00013
• Course Title - Civil Air Patrol Senior Officer Course -Current rank - this is a pull down menu if you are a 2LT you are 0-1 if you are 1LT you are 0-2 ect. If you have had a special promotion do to any reason (for example I became a Captain b/c I'm an instructor) you still have to complete level 2 to become eligible to start training on level 3(major).
• Also note you have to use your complete SSN -block 10 ask for a 9 digit zip code you need to enter this number - 272162082. And the shred(the next box) is 5 -Approving authority's title is Squadron Commander -Approving authority's Name is Major. Jonathan Johnson
