ES Training in Burlington This Weekend

We have folks from Winston-Salem and Statesville coming to train with us at Wing HQ this Saturday. We will have three aircraft with pilots to conduct training.

Any approved CAP Uniform
CAP ID, 101 card, SQTR if I don't have it, plus equipment for your specialty (scanner, observer, UDF, MRO)

Please respond ASAP with your intentions and type sortie you need (MS, MO, MTP). This is not limited to training in a specialty you are not qualified in. If you are already qualified, you can get additional training such as photo work, ELT direction finding, etc.

NC-022 Gets a New Antenna

A team of senior members and some helpers from the community installed the Burlington squadron's new VHF antenna today. The antenna extends about 14 feet from the top of the BUY FBO, so it's clearly visible from many parts of the airfield. The squadron made their first check-in on the Tuesday night local radio net as a result of having this new antenna.

SAREX Plans Foiled by Mother Nature

Memorial Day Weekend Training
